This short term holiday house is ideal for family gatherings,  special birthdays and so on.

The McCarthy Lake House offers a tranquil and secluded experience for friends and family where children can play and enjoy the swimming pool while family wine and dine outside under cover on the pool patio.

Beautiful garden setting ideal for photographs. The fully equipped kitchen enables the family to prepare and eat all together . A  BBQ is also available.

The holiday house has 4 bedrooms: 3 King and 1 Queen bedrooms, sofa beds and 3 bathrooms.

Guests have full use of the well appointed kitchen, laundry, TV room, dining room, entertainment area and swimming pool.

Please note the owner lives here in a self contained apartment at the north end of the premises and has a cat called Jasper.  There is also property support folk who live in a caravan away from the house. During house bookings they become as invisible as possible.

A feature of the property is the ongoing development of  its eco friendly sustainable foot print.  We have hens that provide us with fresh eggs  (again dependent on their production) . The vegetable and herb garden provide fresh produce as well.
