respect property & other people’s privacy,

are resource conscious; water (the house is on tank water), has wood fireplace & the power (which has an extensive solar and battery system) are in place.

Consideration will be $1200 per week paid 2 weeks in advance with a 4 week bond.

Quarterly inspections and annual rent review will apply
