Paula West will step you through the following:
Using the Artisan approach you will make your own 1Kg loaf of ORGANIC bread from scratch
- Prepare a culture
- Kneading & forming into loaves
- Baking and tasting true bread
- Plus we will make a Mango Chutney for you to take home
- A Tasty organic Lunch is included
Please bring a teatowel, notebook and 2 x 350g Jars (dry) with Lids
Starter Mother Culture included to take home.
